Classical ballet is a traditional, formal style of ballet, based on formalized
movements and positions of the arms, feet, and body. Its technique enables the dancer
to move with the greatest agility possible, control, speed, lightness, and grace.
Through the session, students are introduced with basic feet and arms positions as well as with different basic exercises at the bar and center. They develop musicality, learn coordination, balance, and how to control their bodies in motion.
By being active and executing the exercises, students gain a sense of discipline and become comfortable performing before groups.
Beginning with classical ballet helps student pursue other forms of dance such as
hip-hop, jazz, tap dancing, as well as with acting, modeling and some other sports.
